The Company
- This well-established Financial Planning practice are looking to recruit an Administrator/Case Handler into their Mortgage and Protection team to support the Advisors and process cases in a compliant and efficient manner.
The Role:
- Booking appointments for Advisors
- Liaise with Mortgage providers, insurance companies and clients to ensure the smooth processing of mortgage and protection cases from initial contact through to completion.
- Produce suitability reports
- Dealing with client queries via telephone, email and in-person
- Ensure registers, logs and databases are kept up to date and compliant.
- General admin duties as required
- This is an office based role working 9am-5pm Monday-Friday.
The Candidate
- The successful candidate will have prior experience working as a mortgage or protection administrator or case handler and ideally be familiar with the relevant back office systems such as Intelligent Office.
The Package
- Salary circa £27,000 depending on experience
- 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
- Pension
