Description

The Company:

  • My client are a well-established financial planning firm on the outskirts of Bristol that are looking to recruit an IFA Administrator to join their long-standing, friendly workforce.

 

The Role:

  • This is an office-based role that will involve providing administrative support to the Financial Advisors and Paraplanners.

 

Specific Duties Include:

  • Obtaining client information ensuring back-office systems are up to date.
  • Submit and process new business ensuring clients are updated on a regular basis.
  • Process letters of authority.
  • Process client requests for income, PCLS, Bed and ISAs, withdrawals, and portfolio switches.
  • Maintain accurate back-office records.
  • Liaising with providers.

 

The Candidate:

  • The ideal candidate will have previous experience in financial planning, however those with administration experience from other areas of financial services and a desire to move into financial planning will also be considered as full training can be provided.
  • The company are also open to considering part time/flexible hours for the right candidate.

 

Salary Information:

  • £23,000 - £28,000 depending on experience.
