The Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a background in sales or sales administration to join this dynamic and thriving team.
The role will provide crucial support across various functions, ensuring smooth sales processes and enhancing customer experience.
In this position, you will work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Proposals teams, offering assistance with a variety of sales-related activities, including:
- Answering sales calls and handling enquiries
- Prospecting new business opportunities
- Following up on quotations
- Gathering key information
- Providing general administrative support
- You'll also be responsible for managing the CRM system, ensuring accurate and efficient data entry, and generating cross-selling opportunities.
Additional Responsibilities Include:
- Securing appointments for the sales team
- Booking travel and accommodation for team members
- Assisting at exhibitions and events
- Providing customer support
- Responding to sales inquiries via phone or email
- Managing and updating social media accounts
- Ensuring the company website is kept up-to-date

In order to be considered for the position of Internal Sales Executive, you must possess the following:
- Previous sales/sales administration experience
- Effective negotiation and administration skills
- The ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships
- A confident and articulate manner
- Strong PC literacy
- Well organised with the ability to multi-task
- Happy to be office based
The Benefits:
- A salary of 25,000 p.a - £30,000 p.a (DOE)
- 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays (rising with length of service)

- Working hours: 39.5 per week (Mon to Thursday 8am to 5pm with 30 min lunch break and Friday 8am to 1.30pm)
