Looking for an experienced field sales professional with a background selling into end users to manage a well performing patch for my client in the North of England. You will sell directly to end users offering product solutions for surface preparation such as concrete polishing and floor grinding. You will manage a large area though most customers are situated in Yorkshire and the North West creating your own call cycle either in person of via the phone. You will be provided full product training but a background within construction would be advantageous.
About the Company:
My client are a premium product within the construction sector with their range of diamond blades, part of a large organisation looking for someone to join their small close knit team and manage their important accounts across the North of England. You will manage a well performing area with good turnover and take on the responsibility of managing the existing relationships, upselling where possible. My client pride themselves on not only an excellent product offering but also high levels of customer service.
Key Skills/Experience Required:
For this Business Development Manager role you will have experience selling to end users, ideally within construction or surface preparation though that is not essential. You will be personable, driven and skilled in building relationships and thrive in a hands on role. You will have a desire to learn new things. You will have excellent field sales experience and be able to journey plan and manage your territory effectively.
