The Role:
- This role sits within the company’s sales team supporting the SNAM on UK accounts across grocery, pharmacy, fashion and gifting.
- This role is vital in supporting the success of key accounts whilst also offering the opportunity to take ownership of and nurture smaller accounts.
- You will work closely with the product development team to develop an innovative and exciting proposition for our customers.
Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Supporting SNAM with key accounts from set up through to delivery including; new line forms, customer set up forms, portal and EDI set up, Imagery, marketing and web copy to close new opportunities.
- Supporting sales teams and customers to resolve queries relating to order processing, bookings, deliveries and invoicing.
- Follow up with relevant departments to ensure queries are resolved within 5 days.
- Answering phone calls and responding to customer queries and queries raised by Account Manager.
- Ensuring that trade show stock, samples, presenters and stationery is delivered to in line with show deadlines.
- Taking ownership of fashion and e-comm accounts with a view to growing the channels.
- Managing sales sample receipt, storage and dispatch in line with customer requirements and business priorities.
- Provide ad hoc support to operations and product development teams in line with needs and requirements of the business.
- Supporting with order processing for customers as and when business requires.
The Person:
- 1-2 Years experience within an Account Exec role.
- Experience in client facing situations.
- Solid commercial understanding.
- An interest in the beauty and gifting sector.
- Experience in a large SKU business.
- Solutions focussed with a strong sense of initiative.
- Proactive and driven to identify new opportunities.
- Highly organised and process driven.
- Ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-player with the ability to work independently.
- Positive, can-do attitude – willing to give it a go.
- IT literate particularly in Microsoft Office Programs especially Excel.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Great attention to detail.
