Description
The Company:
This organisation are a well-established DIY manufacturer with over 6,000 products brought to market. They are looking to recruit a Technical Co-ordinator to sit within their marketing department and assist with new product development.
 
The Role:
  • The development, introduction and marketing of new products. 
  • Writing technically accurate copy.
  • Proof-reading product manuals.
  • Briefing Designers regarding packaging design. 
  • Co-ordinating between different teams to ensure all departments have accurate information and are working to agreed timescales.
  • Preparation of marketing campaigns, such as developing brochures or single page releases to support product launches or promotions.
  • Research into key markets for relevant product categories.
  • Reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
 
This role is 100% office based.
 
The Person:
  • Experience working in a similar role within marketing or new product development. 
  • Copy writing/proof-reading experience.
  • Ideally have experience of technical specifications.
  • Able to work autonomously. 
  • Highly organised, able to plan and meet deadlines.
  • Able to communicate thoughts and ideas effectively.
 
Package:
  • Salary up to £40,000 DOE.
  • Subsidised lunch.
  • Free onsite parking.
