This is an exciting opportunity to make a direct, impactful contribution to the company’s future success as a key member of our sales team.
Role Overview:
Location – South East London – hybrid – 3 days in the office
In this role, you will provide essential support to the sales team across various accounts, including retail, distributors, corporate clients, and Amazon. The position is dynamic and fast-paced, involving direct communication with trade customers to manage orders, address pricing inquiries, assist with case pack sizes, handle account set-ups, and ensure smooth delivery processes. You will also be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by promptly responding to requests for product images, samples, online content, and other information. Collaborating closely with the sales management team, you will gain valuable insight into key customer needs and contribute to shaping the customer experience.

Experience using an ERP system to manage trade orders is highly desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential. You should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a polished telephone manner and attention to detail. A friendly, approachable attitude and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team are key qualities. We are looking for someone who can adapt to changing priorities, manage pressure effectively, and maintain a positive outlook. A passion for sustainability, environmental issues, and design, particularly in premium or high-design products, would be a distinct advantage. We also value individuals who are eager to grow and evolve alongside the business as it continues to expand.
