Description

A respected market leader within the Commercial Interiors sector, who have experienced rapid growth over the last 10 years are looking to strengthen their team with the key recruitment of an additional Sales Manager to cover Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Oxford, Hampshire and Dorset.

About the Role
 
This role is critical to the sustainable growth and ultimate success of the business within the next decade and key points are;

  • Achieve sales and margin objectives.
  • Deal with Contractors, Distributors, End Users.
  • To be able to engage with key Contractors (sub and Main) and Distributors.
  • Build strong personal relationships with key accounts.
  • New business development and account management.

 
About the Individual
 
We are looking for a sales professional who has experience working within the Floorcoverings,  Ceramic Tiles sector. The successful individual will have experience dealing with Contractors, Wholesalers, Distributors and End Users, within Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Oxford, Hampshire, Dorset.
 
Experience within Social Media is essential, with the ability to use Linkedin, Pinterest and being able to conduct meetings virtually (Zoom, Teams, Skype etc).
 
Package upto £55K, Bonus, Car Benefits and Bonus
