Job Description: Sales Manager
To £45,000 + performance based bonuses. Office based.
A newly role created to provide energy, skills and leadership to a sales and customer service team.
Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales and customer care team.
- Oversee both inbound (D2C) and outbound (B2B) sales, improving conversion rates and customer engagement.
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to maximise revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Coach your team, monitor performance, and provide structured feedback to drive results.
- Analyse sales performance and market trends, adjusting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Work closely with senior management to align lead generation efforts with business goals.
Candidate Profile: Sales Manager
